一個國度，理應先要做好以上種種基本的責任，才好張揚要得到人民為其自豪的權利。

試問，若一個地方乃是可愛得叫人不忍心不愛戴，誰又會願意錯過那驕傲的機會？

擔當那國度的掌權者，你們又聽見嗎？
